Return & Store Policies

We value your trust and want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please read below for our store policies regarding returns, shipping, and product care.


Return Policy Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we can only accept returns on unopened, unused hair extensions within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Hair must be in its original packaging, with hygiene seals intact

  • Must be unused, unbrushed, and unaltered in any way

  • You must email us at thatgirlhairextensionscs@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return

Once approved, you’ll be responsible for return shipping. We do not accept returns on hair that has been worn, installed, dyed, or tampered with.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.


Exchanges We do not currently offer product exchanges. If you ordered the wrong item or shade, you must return the unopened product and place a new order.


Shipping Policy Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days and shipped within 7–10 business days total. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at thatgirlhairextensionscs@gmail.com with photos and your order number so we can make it right.


Product Care Disclaimer We strongly recommend following our Extension Care Guide to maintain the quality and longevity of your ThatGirl extensions. Improper care, heat damage, or product misuse will void return eligibility.
