A: We use 100% Remy human hair sourced from Russia. Each strand is ethically sourced, aligned, and crafted for maximum softness, fullness, and longevity.

Q: What’s the difference between Genius Wefts and Clip-Ins?
A: Genius Wefts are a type of hair weft that is thinner and more discreet than traditional machine wefts. They're used as a semi-permanent solution that requires professional installation and maintenance every 6–8 weeks. Clip-Ins, on the other hand, are designed for at-home use — meant to be taken in and out as needed for quick styling without commitment.

Q: How long do the extensions last?
A: With proper care, ThatGirl extensions can last 6–12 months or more. Longevity depends on usage, washing frequency, and how well they’re maintained.

Q: How do I know what color to order?
A: Email a clear photo of your hair in natural light to thatgirlhairextensionscs@gmail.com for a custom shade match.

Q: Can I tone or dye my extensions?
A: Yes — our Remy hair can be toned or professionally colored darker. We don’t recommend bleaching or lightening the extensions, as that may damage the hair.

Q: How do I care for my extensions?

Q: Do you offer returns or exchanges?
A: For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on unopened, unused hair within 7 days of delivery. Read our full Return Policy for details.
